If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your items or return your order for a full refund within 90 days from the purchase date. Please email us at email@example.com.
Returned products must be in the condition you have received them, including the original box and/or packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please mail your item(s) to: Matching style, Anna Bakova, Svetova 447/5 Prague CZ 180 00. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs paid for the original order are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item itself will be refunded if the refund is approved. If the cost of a returned item is over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item otherwise.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to notify you of the item receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or the rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed immediately after approval. The refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment, within several days after it has been processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund within 5-6 business days after its approval, please double-check your bank account and/or credit card issuer. Sometimes it may take a bit longer for refunds to be officially posted to your credit card. It may help to get in touch with your bank or credit card issuer as well.
